The hotel had a fantastic location, just a short walk from the seafront and close to the town center. the room was comfortable and clean with excellent shared bathroom facilities. the owner was friendly and provided great service. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. it was a great budget stay with all the necessary amenities.
The decor in the room was only fair and could have been better.

This hotel is a hidden gem, close to everything in town. It's very close to the town centre and the seafront, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well equipped with large, comfortable beds, ensuring a good sleep. The staff, especially Helen, offer a very warm welcome, providing a wealth of knowledge about what the city has to offer. Additionally, the breakfast served is excellent, with a cooked-to-order full English breakfast and a whole menu to choose from.
Parking could be a problem, but everything else was perfect.

Owners were very friendly and provided a great breakfast. the location was very convenient as it was close to the bars, restaurants, and seafront. the room was cozy and we appreciated the free wifi.
The only drawback was the early check out time. It would have been nice to have a bit more time to pack up and get ready to leave.

I had a delightful stay at this guest house, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were excellent. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the beach and all the amenities just a short walk away. The staff provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in this city.

Short walk from the beach and shopping area. The staff was friendly and breakfast was well-cooked. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice surprise to find a bottle of bubbly in the room.
The noise from the street was loud and the lack of double glazing didn't help. The radiator was not working and the shower took a long time to warm up, making it inconvenient.
